Monitoring the My Assigned Reviews Queue

The My Assigned Reviews Queue identifies Submissions which have an open Review which is assigned to the user. Once a Review is completed it is automatically removed from this Queue.

Using the main menu, select ‘Home’. In the contextual menu that appears at left, select ‘My Assigned Reviews’. In the Queue, use the fields available on the screen to filter to monitor for specific Submission criteria. The Queue is initially filtered on the Status column.

Included among the status information on My Assigned Reviews is a calculated status value in the form of a colored pill which denotes a classification of status and provides some analysis to a user of what submission might be most important, time-wise:

•New: 15 days or greater from due date

•<15: 10-15 days from due date

•<10: 5-9 days from due date

•<5 days: less than 5 days from due date

•>30 Days: 30 days past due date

•>6 Months: 6 months past due date

•>1 Year: 1 year past due date or more
