Submission Summary Screen

The Submission Summary screen can be reached from Submission-based queues (My Assigned Reviews, Triage) or from the Submissions grid on a Project Management screen. It provides an overview of a particular submission, including a summary of Reviews associated to it.

The Submission Summary screen is viewable only by SHPD Staff. The screen includes the following elements that contribute to documenting the Reviews on the Submission by aggregating details from those Submissions:

•Submission Details: Submission details, including Submission Description, Submitter, and Submission Type are listed in the card in the upper-left of the screen.

•Status: The status information also seen on queues composed of submissions, such as the My Assigned Reviews queue are listed here, including Due Date.

•Reviews: List of all Reviews for this Submission. Completed Reviews can be viewed. Incomplete can be processed to record the outcome of a Review. Reviews can also be added using the ‘Add Review’ button, and deleted if erroneous or no longer required.

•Requests: Aggregation of all Requests on all Reviews for this Submission. Records are aggregated from Reviews, they cannot be added from this grid.

•External SHPD Response Comments: Aggregation of External SHPD Response Comments on all Reviews for this Submission. Records are aggregated from Reviews, they cannot be added from this grid.

•Internal SHPD Response Comments: Aggregation of Internal SHPD Response Comments on all Reviews for this Submission. Records are aggregated from Reviews, they cannot be added from this grid.

•Attachments: Provides a list of all Attachments included on all Reviews on the Submissions. It is provided in the form of an Attachment grid from which the Attachments can be viewed and downloaded. Records are aggregated from Reviews, they cannot be added from this grid.
