Review Screen
The Review screen documents the details of a review of a Submission by SHPD Staff. The screen includes the following elements that contribute to documenting the Review:
•SHPD Response: The overall response from the Reviewer. This is a single response, with the responses controlled from a drop-down. Included in this list of possible responses are ‘More Information Required’, which indicates that Requests will be made of the Submitter; if this option is requests, the Requests grid will be made visible.
•Requests: When the SHPD Response is ‘More Information Required’ the Requests grid will be visible. Using the ‘Add Request’ button, add a Request to specify a specific type of information needed from the Submitter and to input instructions for the same.
•External SHPD Response Comments: In addition to the single overall SHPD Response, Reviewers can add multiple SHPD Response Comments, which augment the SHPD Response with greater detail. Most entries in this table come with canned language which will be pre-filled in the accompanying Comment box. This language can be further edited or added to, to customize to the situation. External SHPD Response Comments are visible to external users on the SHPD Response screen.
•Internal SHPD Response Comments: Internal SHPD Response Comments are identical in concept to External SHPD Response Comments, with the exception that they are not accessible to external users.
•Attachments: The Attachments mentioned here, while they use the same user interface elements and grid as Attachments used throughout the application, are specifically to communicate to the Submitter, and will appear on a grid of Attachments on the SHPD Response screen. The type of Attachments you might include here include such documents as survey standards or formal letter correspondence.
