Resources and Surveys

The Resources and Surveys tab appears on all Project Management screens, irrespective of project type. This tab includes three sections: Map Window, Resources grid, and Surveys grid.

•The Map Window displays the Resources and Surveys listed on the mentioned grids. This includes the Submitted Resources that are unprocessed.

•The Resources grid is actually two grids – which may be toggled using a button group above the grid. When toggled to Submitted, the grid shows Resources submitted by external parties against the project. Submitted Resources may be selected from this grid and processed/reconciled or viewed in a pop-up window. When toggled to Inventoried, the grid shows Resources which are associated to the Project. Resources associated to the project may be viewed in a pop-up window or the Resource Detail screen can be opened directly.

The Surveys grid shows Surveys associated to the project. Surveys associated to the project may be viewed in a pop-up window or the Survey Detail screen can be opened directly.
