Updating Project Status
Project Status can be monitored from the section on the Project Management screen. To change the Project Status, SHPD Staff can use the Actions on the Project Management screen to update the status to the correct state of the Project Review. The user must be in edit mode, using the button in the lower-right of the Project Management screen to select ‘Actions’.
From the list of options presented from that button, selecting an option. The status in the upper right of the Summary tab will automatically be updated.
To Close the project, all Submissions must be closed, all Requests must be responded to, and all Resources must be processed This can be confirmed from the donut charts in the upper right of the Summary tab on the Project Management screen.
